About the Facilitator, Katherine Knott
Katherine Knott is a naturopath, herbalist, and shamanic healer with over 21 years of experience guiding others to reconnect with the wisdom of the Earth. As the founder of Acorn and Oak Apothecary and Soul Seed Sanctuary, Katherine’s work is rooted in the belief that nature holds the keys to our healing and balance.
Living in harmony with the land in the heart of country Victoria, Katherine draws on her deep connection with plants, herbs, and the cycles of nature to support those seeking a more grounded, natural way of BEing. She believes in the healing power of everyday weeds and plants—simple yet potent medicines that can nurture our bodies, minds, and spirits.
Through foraging walks, hands-on workshops, and herbal teachings, Katherine offers others a chance to slow down, listen to the wisdom of the land, and remember how to use nature’s gifts to heal. Her approach is centred on returning to the roots, reconnecting with the Earth, and honouring the quiet power of plants to guide us back to our true selves.
